An Angelicus favourite this is a textural dry white wine with lifted aromatics originates from the Rueda Region in Northern Spain.
Definitely a food wine as the acidity works as a palate refresher and we suggest enjoying it with chicken in almond sauce, milk fed baby lamb as they do in Segovia where the grape originates from in Spain. Excellent with creamy cheeses, avocado, asparagus, artichoke and potato.
